Measuring at 18" in length with a 1 1/4" diameter, this safety grab bar meets federal specification WW-P-541/8B and ANSI 117.1. It provides extra safety and security for individuals entering, exiting, sitting, or standing in a tub or shower. The grab bar includes mounting hardware such as (6) - 2 1/2" #10 stainless steel mounting screws, and is recommended to be mounted into 2" solid wood in-wall backing for added stability.
